Structured Planning Days
Every quarter you will attend a 90 day business planning workshop. In this session you will set out your goals and strategies for the next quarter.

The 1-2-1 coaching program is comprehensive and covers the following areas:
Marketing/Advertising – Positioning your product or service, speaking to your target market, and creating marketing and advertising campaigns that deliver results.
Sales – Basic selling techniques, relationship building, using materials effectively in selling, developing sales processes, overcoming objections, and using sales scripts;
Leadership – Identification of vision, and values and development of a resonant organisational culture.
Strategic Planning –Long-range planning to clarify where your business can and should go, understanding of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of your business; understanding the purpose of the business and how it connects with your personal goals;
Systems – Analysis of how you business is organised and operated, the creation and documentation of systems to increase efficiency and output, preparation of the business to work without your involvement;
Team – Organisational structure, review of persons currently employed, analysis of what positions need to be fulfilled, job- matching people for those positions, development of organisational chart and position descriptions, recruitment process, performance appraisals, conflict resolution, team building and company culture.
Personal Growth – Development of personal goals, understanding of self image and internal positioning, personal effectiveness, time management, plan for life- long learning, identification of behavioural styles and modalities of communication and learning;
Accountability and Execution – Motivation to achieve goals and complete strategies at an agreed upon pace, support and encouragement, assistance with developing timelines and overcoming obstacles to each strategy.
