1. Nature of Services

Loop Operating Architecture™, the Constraint Engine, Jetpack, Results Clinics, ROI, and any related offerings are educational and advisory services.

They are designed to support:

They are not:

  • Legal advice

  • Tax advice

  • Employment advice

You remain solely responsible for decisions made in your business.

2. Constraint Engine Disclaimer

The Constraint Engine provides AI-generated diagnostic outputs based on user-provided information.

You acknowledge that:

  • Outputs are estimates only.

  • Financial projections are illustrative.

  • Results depend on accuracy of your inputs.

  • The Company does not guarantee accuracy or completeness.

The Constraint Engine is an informational diagnostic tool only.

No guarantee of business performance, revenue increase, or cost reduction is made.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Revenue growth

  • Profit increases

  • Business success

  • Operational improvement

  • Return on investment

All outcomes depend on your implementation, business conditions, and external factors beyond our control.

4. Jetpack Program Terms

Upon purchase of Jetpack, you receive:

  • Immediate digital access to program materials

  • Access to Results Clinics for 30 days (if included in your purchase tier)

  • Loop submission and review eligibility

Due to the nature of immediate digital delivery and limited clinic capacity:

All Jetpack purchases are final.

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Failure to attend clinics or submit loop documentation does not extend access.

5. Results Clinics Participation

Participation in Results Clinics requires:

  • Submission of loop documentation prior to session

  • Measurable metrics

  • Professional conduct

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny access to participants who do not meet submission standards

  • Remove participants for disruptive or inappropriate behavior

  • Remove participants for failure to adhere to structural discipline

  • Remove participants without refund if Terms are breached

Access is conditional, not guaranteed.

6. ROI & Invitation-Only Programs

ROI and any invitation-only programs:

  • Are offered at the sole discretion of the Company

  • May require qualification criteria

  • May be revoked at any time for standards decline

  • Do not constitute partnership, employment, or fiduciary relationship

Entry is earned, not purchased.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials remain the intellectual property of Outcomes Business Pty Ltd, including but not limited to:

  • Loop models

  • Structural frameworks

  • Architectural diagrams

  • AI prompts

  • Diagnostic systems

  • Course materials

  • Recordings

  • Written content

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Resell

  • License

  • Modify

  • Distribute

Without prior written permission.

Violation may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

8. Confidentiality

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

  • Other participants’ business information

  • Shared financial data

  • Operational discussions during clinics

Recording, distributing, or publishing session content without written consent is prohibited.

9. Payment Terms

All payments are processed via third-party payment providers.

By purchasing, you confirm:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method

  • All information provided is accurate

  • You understand purchases are final

We are not responsible for payment processor errors.

10. Access & Account Security

If login access is provided, you agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

  • Not share access with unauthorized individuals

  • Notify us of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses

  • Consequential damages

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruption

  • Decisions made based on diagnostic outputs

  • Implementation outcomes

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the program.

12. AI Usage Transparency

You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs are probabilistic, not deterministic.

  • They are tools for guidance only.

  • You are responsible for independent judgment.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if:

  • These Terms are breached

  • Intellectual property is misused

  • Conduct is disruptive or unethical

  • Confidentiality is violated

14. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Update materials

  • Adjust clinic schedules

  • Change pricing for future purchases

Modifications do not entitle prior purchasers to refunds.
