Joel Hewish from United Global Capital initially built his business off the back of one referral partner and when that referral partner sold his business, their new business completely dried up. After 3 months of losing money Joel decided he needed help so he began working with a business coach to restructure the business and create a marketing plan. Since working with a coach the business has quintupled, going from a team of 5 to 15 and Joel no longer sees clients but rather spends his time working on the growth and strategic plans for the future of the business.

Struggling with cash flow, time management and survival of her business Emma from Murnane Print Group began business coaching to help turn her business around. Emma says she used to “wear every hat” in the business, she needed to learn how to delegate and prioritise. David was going backwards and had to reduce his team, but with the right advice managed to take his business from 3.5 to 7 million in a few years, but more importantly, he did this while maintaining his lifestyle.
David wasn’t proactive with his marketing or conscious of his brand and website which he attributes to the business struggles that he encountered in 2015. Since beginning coaching the changes David has made to DDB Designs are endless, one of the biggest changes for David is his website which had aged and had no content, he now has a new website where he writes and publishes content that’s helpful for his clients. He says he is “More mindful of what I’m doing in terms of working on the business” and has improved his time management skills immensely, previously he had no time out and worked 100% of his time in the business, he now aims to reduce this to only work 50% of the time in the business and the other time writing and systemizing.

Machines4U was founded in 2006 in the back end of a bedroom. As the business started to grow, they worked with other coaches in small bursts but weren’t getting any traction and got stuck in a rut.
Once started with one of our coaches David Guest, the business grew dramatically in the space of 24 months with a 600% growth in revenue. The back end of a bedroom became a 320 Square Meter Office and the team grew accordingly.
David Warne, founded Cornerstone Business Solutions in 2015. Once beginning coaching, David expected his business to go onwards and upwards straight away but instead along with the help of his Coach they took a step back and rebuilt the foundations, rebuilt his message, got clear on how they differ from everyone else, and set some major goals.
