Keeping the team connected is more important now than ever. Remote working can isolate and destroy team dynamics.

We use a Daily Huddle to check in on each team member. This is usually a quick meeting, max of 1 minute per person, where we check in.

  1. Where are you at?
  2. What is your focus or goal for the day?
  3. What do you need help with?

This is a great way to synchronise the team and make sure everyone is connected. You may even want to finish with a “dad joke” just for some fun…
